Unlike some of our competitors who claim to manufacture billet engines, ours really are 100% 6061-T65 Billet from crankcases to rocker boxes. R&R Billet engines arestate of the art. These engines are manufactured using 100% American made parts, and are built like no other engine on the market. The features of an R&R engine is what separates us from the rest.

These features include:
1. Cylinder Base Studs (for outstanding cylinder stability)
2. Timken® bearings on both sides of crank (For the best crank stability available)
3. Cases, cylinders, cylinder heads, rocker boxes, cam covers, etc. are all machined from 6061-T65 wrought Billet Aluminum (For a phenomenal show quality appearance and superior strength)
4. Cranks are machined, balanced, assembled and trued in house (For extremely smooth engine operation)
5. Cylinder heads are completely machined, C.N.C. ported, hand blended, flow bench tested and hand assembled (For the best streetable performance available)
