R&R Cycles, Inc. E.P.A. engines are designed & built to meet and exceed all of the strict mandates put forth by the Environmental Protection Agency concerning vehicle emissions and the V-twin engine. In December 2003, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a Final Rulemaking (FRM) establishing more stringent emission standards for highway motorcycles. All engine and performance manufactures have to comply to this law as its various stages are implemented. Phase 1 began in 2006 and Phase 2 will be enacted in 2010.
