How to order:
You can order online, by phone, fax or email. By phone, dial 603-645-1488 Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm, Thursday 10am to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm EST. By Fax, dial 603-645-1650 anytime.
By e-mail, type rrsales@rrcycles.com anytime. Parts orders received by 2:30pm EST will usually be shipped the same day (not including engines or performance packages.)
Payment:
R&R ships U.P.S. C.O.D. (Cashiers Check or Money Order) in the U.S. only. R&R also accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Credit card orders are authorized for the full amount of the order, including freight, at the time the order is ready to ship. A $2,500.00 deposit is required for all complete engine orders. Custom order engines and made to order components will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Dealers:
A completed and approved dealer application must be on file, and a Dealer number assigned before any order will be shipped at dealer pricing. All dealer orders will be shipped U.P.S. C.O.D. (Cashiers Check or Money Order). After a period of 6 months a dealer can request Company Check status. Established dealers may be shipped U.P.S. C.O.D. (Company Check) based on financial history. A refused C.O.D. order will immediately set the account to prepaid and a 15% restocking fee will apply and be charged to the next order.
International Orders:
R&R welcomes all overseas orders. These orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds via wire transfer only. R&R will not accept Credit card or any type of Check for any over seas orders. There is a $25.00 wire transfer fee that will be included to all over seas orders. Shipping can be arranged by R&R and freight costs added to the order, orders can be shipped freight collect or alternative shipping arrangements can be made by the customer. Any taxes or import duties are the sole responsibility of the receiver at the shipments arrival. R&R will complete all documentation accurately. Contact R&R directly for wire transfer instructions.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped U.P.S. ground unless otherwise specified. U.P.S. Orange label (3 day), Blue label (2 day) and Red label (overnight) delivery is available at an extra cost. All R&R complete engines are shipped insured truck freight.
Damaged orders:
Orders that arrive damaged due to shipping and handling must be noted with the freight carrier immediately. Save all packing material, original carton and take pictures of the damaged items, you will need these for your claim. We will assist you with this process. Obviously damaged orders should be refused, with the reason for refusal clearly noted as damaged.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the case of a drastic price increase, you will be notified before shipping. All minor price increases will be shipped as specified.
Returns:
Parts modified by R&R at the customers request, are not returnable. If you have received an incorrect part, a damaged part (not due to freight) or need to return an item for any other reason, the following requirements must be met before receiving a credit, a refund or an exchange in merchandise:
Contact R&R within 5 working days of receiving the order. Specify the part number and why the part is being returned. At this point you will be given a Return Goods (RG) number. The (RG) number must be visible and clearly written on the box being shipped back to R&R. Package the part being returned to R&R carefully, to prevent damage during shipping. If R&R receives a returned part damaged due to inadequate packaging, the part will be returned to the customer atthe customer’s expense.
All returns must be sent to R&R insured and prepaid. C.O.D. charges to R&R will not be accepted. R&R must receive the returned items within 10 days of issuing a (RG) number. Returning parts to R&R for overstock purposes is acceptable. R&R will not issue a (RG) number for anything invoiced over 6 months old. R&R will not issue any credits for item’s that are used, altered, damaged, rusty or unpackaged. Any items deemed unacceptable by R&R will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Any and all parts returned to R&R for overstock purposes will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Parts being returned to R&R for a credit or exchange will be credited at the full amount. Parts being returned for a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.There are no returns for engines or performance packages.
Modifications:
R&R reserves the right to make changes in product design, materials, specifications and terms and policies without advance notice or incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products previously manufactured or sold.
Limited Warranty:
R&R Cycles, Inc. warrants all parts manufactured by and for R&R to be free from defects in design and workmanship. Should the parts be found to be defective or become defective within the stated warranty period, R&R will at its option, repair or replace any, or all, defective parts.
All items distributed by R&R Cycles, Inc. are warranted in accordance with the manufacturers own terms of warranty. Any defective parts will be replaced in a prompt and just manner.
R&R will maintain no obligation under the terms of any stated warranty in the event the parts become defective as a result of improper assembly, installation, modification, break in, maintenance, use, misuse or mistreatment of the parts including, but not limited to operation of the parts with fuels, oils or lubricants not conforming to specifications stated by R&R or continued operation of the parts after a defect or malfunction occurs, is identified or suspected. R&R Cycles, Inc. shall have no obligation under any stated warranty for defects in parts caused by but not limited to, chroming, polishing, painting, powder coating, removing or reconfiguring any component, modification, repair or unauthorized service.
Under no circumstances will R&R Cycles, Inc. have any obligation under any stated warranty for parts being used in racing or any similar activity. Further, R&R will have no obligation under any stated warranty for parts used with performance enhancements including but not limited to nitrous oxide, turbo charging or supercharging.
All items sold, for installation by the end user, are considered by law to be customer assembled items and carry no liability to the distributor or manufacturer.
This warranty does not cover any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of the use, misuse or inability to use, parts, components or vehicle to which parts or components are installed. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
Liability Disclaimer:
The installation of any R&R part and parts distributed or modified by R&R may void or otherwise adversely affect your factory warranty. Installation or use of such parts may violate certain federal, state and local laws when used on motor vehicles operated on public highways, especially in states where pollution laws may apply.
Always check federal, state and local laws before modifying your motor vehicle. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to determine the suitability of the product for his or her use, and the user shall assume all legal, personal injury risk, liability and all other obligations, duties and risks associated therewith. Parts distributed or manufactured by R&R are intended for the very experienced off-road rider only.
